Although this group works from detailed plans and specifications, no two homes are exactly alike. As one of the last hand-built products in the world, each one is unique. And, over time, each behaves differently.
While we strive to build a defect-free home, we are realistic enough to know that an item in the home may fail to perform as it should. Every Harcrest Home is covered by our Limited Warranty for a period of one year from the date of closing. If a covered item in your home fails during the warranty period, we’ll fix it... and we’ll do it with a smile.
Many problems can be resolved with information you’ll find in your Homeowner Manual. We ask that you check this valuable resource FIRST, before submitting a warranty request.
In the rare event that your Harcrest home does require warranty service, you can submit your request online or via fax, e-mail, or regular mail to our main office. We ask that all non-emergency requests be made in writing. We ask that you retain a copy of your request for your records.
